- How have you been feeling/what have you been experiencing because of your fear?
- Imagine what your life looks like when you achieve this goal: What does a day in your life look like? Be specific. How will you feel, what will you experience, who is with you, what are you enjoying? How will your life look when you have achieved your goal? Be specific.
